Welcome to the Fair Brothers Auctions Help Center. Below you will find a collection of some of the most frequently asked questions about our Auction. Q: How do I pay for my items?
A: You will receive an emailed invoice on the day of the auction close. Please make sure to review your spam inbox if you haven't received your invoice within 24hrs of auction close. Please see payment section for details.
Q: Where do I pick up?
A: We are located 5 minutes south of South Cooking Lake, Alberta. Directions for viewing and pick up will be available closer to sale. All pick ups are appointment only.
Q: When can I pick up my items?
A: Items must be paid in full before pick up and must be picked up within 14 days of auction close.
Q: Where can I find more information on the upcoming sale?
A: All current information on the upcoming sale can be found using the online bidding link through the site.
